Cody came down from Sac and brought his new toy that he let me put around on. The SX Trail II is Specialized’s top of the line freeride bike, it’s setup with 180mm of travel front and rear with the help of a no nonsense Fox 36 fork and an adjustable custom Fox RC in the rear with precise tuning adjustments. It rolls around on the new Roval DH rims wrapped with the Butcher SX rubbers and Specialized hubs. A SRAM Descendant crankset pushes this bike around and a set of Avid Elixir 7 hydraulic disc brakes allows it to stop on a dime.
